Our cleaners at All Clean Support Services employ a range of carpet cleaning machines and techniques to offer the appropriate level of clean for not just your carpets but your hard floors. The machines used by our cleaners are the top of the range, modern Prochem Polaris machines. These machines have a world-wide reputation for cleaning excellence. The Prochem Polaris machines excel at bringing high traffic commercial carpet floors back to life. Our cleaners are well trained and involved in a process of continuous improvement in the use of the machines. All cleaners from ACSS who employ these sophisticated carpet cleaning machines are trained by Prochem.
This training covers not only the use of the Prochem machines but also in the extraction of stains from carpets. By understanding the root causes of staining, our carpet cleaners understand how to approach and deal with stains on different types of carpets. The carpet cleaning method used by our cleaners is commonly known as warm water extraction. This method is the preferred method recommended by carpet manufacturers and carpet fibre manufacturers. The extraction works through a process known as deep cleaning. To achieve this deep cleaning, a fine spray of water is injected into the carpet to loosen dirt from the carpet fibres.
The water along with the dirt is then removed from the carpet using a powerful vacuum. This method does not use harmful chemicals and it does not leave any residue in the carpet fibres. The spray of water will often be a mixture of water with a carpet detergent to ensure the carpet not only looks good but smell good as well. In addition to the carpet cleaning services we are also able to offer upholstery cleaning. The same method is used for the upholstery as for the carpets offering a deep cleaning to remove any stains.
